Scope of Transportation
These transportation terms apply to all customers who purchase goods through the website www.gripbathmats.com, covering domestic (within Germany) and international transportation services.

Transport Company
Domestic Transportation
We mainly cooperate with Deutsche Post for domestic transportation of goods in Germany. Deutsche Post is Germany’s leading logistics service provider with an extensive distribution network and a professional logistics team to ensure that the goods are delivered to you safely and on time.

International Transportation
For international orders, we cooperate with DHL, an internationally renowned logistics and transportation company. DHL has a strong logistics network and rich transportation experience around the world, and can provide you with efficient and reliable international transportation services.

  1. Transportation Time
    Domestic Transportation Time
  • Standard Transportation: After your order is confirmed and paid, we will arrange shipment within 2 working days. The standard transportation time in Germany is usually 3 working days, but in some special circumstances (such as holidays, bad weather, etc.), the transportation time may be extended.
  • Expedited Transportation: If you choose expedited transportation service, we will arrange shipment within 1 working day after the order is confirmed and paid. Expedited shipping can usually be delivered within 2 working days, but the specific time depends on the destination and actual transportation conditions.

International Shipping Time

  • Standard Shipping: International standard shipping time is usually 10 working days, and the specific time depends on the customs clearance speed of the destination country and the local logistics and distribution conditions.
  • Expedited Shipping: For customers who need goods urgently, we provide expedited shipping services. Expedited shipping time is generally 5 working days, but it may also be affected by customs inspections and the logistics conditions of the destination country.

V. Shipping Insurance
